What is included in the Access to Aesthetics Course?

This comprehensive 12-week course has self-paced online learning, learners will complete practical training at home, finishing with four days of final assessments in our Aesthetics Academy in Newry, County Down, Northern Ireland. This program provides students with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience.

Who is the Access to Aesthetics Course suitable for?

The Access to Aesthetics Course is designed to accommodate complete beginners as well as those who are seeking to further their education in aesthetics and progress through levels 4-6.

What Units are Covered?

Students will cover five core units for the Access Course:

1. Skin Analysis and Facial Skincare – Learn to assess and treat different skin types and conditions.
2. Consultation and Client Care – Gain skills in delivering professional consultations and ensuring excellent client care.
3. Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathology – Develop a deep understanding of the human body, its functions, and common disorders relevant to aesthetics.
4. Electrical Science – Master the science behind electrical equipment used in aesthetic treatments.
5. Health and Safety in the Salon – Ensure safe and hygienic practices in a professional setting.
